I have a bad feeling about this. * First of all, this qualifies as fan-fiction. The author takes characters dreamed up by George Lucas and then creates a rather compelling scene of Leia testifying to the Senate, giving testimony of her abuse and suffering at the hands of someone named "Namdar" to justice. The basic plot concept is sound and the vehicle (the testimony) is a decent one for an author to use. The problem was that it didn't really go anywhere. * Leia's testimony was rather dull and loaded with political speak designed to say nothing while looking like you are saying a lot. She didn't once describe any of the "abuses" that Namdar inflicted upon her, instead giving us vague stories that had few if any details. * Overall, the author didn't really give us anything erotic, much less in the veins of BDSM to titillate and interest us. This is doubly disappointing when you consider the fact that from a grammatical and writing perspective, the story was well done. It just didn't build anything like eroticism and didn't go anywhere. * What I would really like is a sequel to this, as a separate story, entitled "Princess Leia's Secret Testimony" in which not only does Princess Leia tell us EXACTLY what sexual abuses she suffered under Namdar's hands, but is then ruthlessly cross examined by a defense attorney trying to make her confess to encouraging it and LIKING it. With the author's writing ability, such a story would not just hum, but sing! * Yours Faithfully, Michael Alexander (www.michaelalexanderstories.com) (6/10)
