This story was actually pretty close to perfect, combining excellent character development with a very cool storyline and something you don't often see here on BDSMLibrary ... an actual ending. Far too often what would otherwise be good stories just go on and on and on until I, for one, quit reading out of a feeling of unadulterated monotony. This one, thankfully, didn't do that. ----------------------------------------- Not that I wouldn't have liked to see a little more detail concerning her "training," but that's not necessary to the story as told. Thanks for a wonderful read! (9/10)

Thank you, WLT for your latest project. Contrary to what the Major may think, some authors have a dedicated following. You are one of those authors. The first three chapters have all the indications of being another great story. The descriptions of the brothel; the portrayal of the characters; the progression of the action...all serve to establish anticipation in the reader. The description of the scene with the mother and daughter are but a small taste of the treat yet to be served. Major, calling this author stupid may reveal either a personal affliction of the same condition or envy of a superior talent. JJ...I agree with your blues for NJH's demise...my blues in this is in the wait for the next chapters. As usual...I reserve my right to upgrade this story as it progresses. Again, thank you, WLT for your work. (9/10)

It would be impossible to rate the story on chapter 1, but chapter 2 brings not only a sense of menace in regards to Mary, but also a sense of anticipation as to how far down the rabbit hole she'll be going. Looking forward to the next chapters. (10/10)

Anything from the author of Worlds Apart warrants a second look. This tale has all the makings of another classic. Let's hope Mary's descent is every bit as complete as Carole's, albeit somewhat less consentually? (10/10)

I could start off with shouting "grave injustice!" but I won't. Firstly I wouldn't know who to shout it to -since the people who are familiar with w.l. telford's work know the injustice to be true; and the "others" won't really care- secondly because I shouldn't try to speak for anybody else but myself. So, I'll just whisper it. Anyway, with all respect to the beloved Major, I honestly can't seem to grasp why he's going Neanderthaler on telford. Must be me then. Okay, so the intro is short. That's why they're called introductions. As such, I feel the first handful of paragraphs of White & Black -if not a pace, sure set an intriguing atmosphere: all is calm but something's lurking. Furthermore, I find the observations made in those paragraphs of a quality which reminds me -us- that there's someone at work here who has an habitude to think. About stuff that matters. Also, the set-off had me having the blues for the blues with a main character missing an "e" in his name to keep him from going on a blind search for a fat 12-bar riff on a horizontally positioned Squier JV Series Stratocaster. But I digress. I'll come back in a few to read the follow-up chapters. I'll even invite the Major. We'll have a cup of tea over the errors of his ways. For now, I'll mourn Norman Jeffrey Healey the only way it should be done and that's by playing a handful of songs from the man. JJ (9/10)

A ridiculouly short story with no action. Completely ridiculous, you get one shot here on BDSM Library so put in a decent chunk of text, no one reads updates if the original was crap. (2/10)

- Question: What kind of a fool judges a story on what is obviously a brief introduction?
Answer: A Major fool.

- Major, Major, Major. Considering the previous contributions that this author has presented, your impatience is humorous. And unnecessary. WLT, we await your new work with great anticipation. Carry on, sir!

- If you think a significant number of readers will trawl through the updates looking for part two of such a short yet tedious prologue you are sadly mistaken.
This approach is fine for stories xnxx where uodates appear immediatey they are uploaded and Literotica where updates take maybe 72 hours for approval and are given the same prominence as new stories but it does not work in BDSMlibrary where the updates can be 20 days apart and 40 new stories appear in ne hit, It's a fact of life. Don't encourage him in his stupidity Snark, the story is Cr*p as written, it should be the first couple of oaragraphs of the story which should have been five times as long with at least 5 of these chapters uploaded together. People just don't bother with updates, check the hit counter and dates of comments.

- Not to jump on anyone's opinion, but Telford has a big enough following to post as he feels comfortable with, and with what works for his presentation.

- I would actually consider the over SEVENTEEN THOUSAND READERS for this story rather significant, myself. Funny how with "no significant readers it's managed an 8/10 score and ten reviews. You don't get that around here without hundreds or even thousands of readers.
