This is a good start but leaves me wondering, in view of the date of submission, whether the author thinks the story is finished. If it is, then it is not ultimately satisfying. But if it is only a start, then it's a very good one. We have to accept a framework of reality which is impossible in real life, but it is made to seem not far fetched and indeed almost normal. What will make the story is the filature of her struggle not to get de-merits and the company disciplinary machine tightening its painful grip on her. maybe someone who likes seeing her sexy body punished will turn out to be the author of her descent into pain and maybe ultimately slavery as a condition of keeping her job.
