Enjoyed the story. However there were frequent editing errors. This caused me to lose my train of thought. Liked the plot and premise. An evil central character and the revenge factor make the story more realistic.
Too many of these stories have an innocent sexually punished and forced into a life of slavery. Often the writer has left holes in the story where the innocent could easily have gotten out of it. Most are also one sided the majority of the time. Continuous cruelty and severe pain. Sometimes they embellish with enemas, scat, etc.
Gets old after a few pages. Hose her off and give her a pat on the head. In "The Emperor's Daughter" the central "victim" is there for vengeance. The flash backs give an explanation of what she had done to her next tormentor. Easy to agree that she had it coming to her, no matter how brutal or degrading. There were little snips of hope and she was given a chance to clean up every few weeks.
Needs better editing, but a very good read. (8/10)

Awesome story. I see the protagonist's character didn't really change in the end. Loved the flashbacks, btw. :p (10/10)

Very good read.
I always like a tale where a, preferably mean spirited, dominant girl gets her cumupence. I'd like to see a bit more of the place this crumbling empire has in the world.
