First class storytelling. Gruesome harsh male lead, but utterly compelling account that makes a guy's trousers feeling one size too small.

This story makes my heart stop. Read it, and enjoy it, and then read all of BofE's other stories. I'm starting to sound like a fucking groupie, but what the hell... (10/10)

A fair start, but communicated in such a way that it telegraphs what's going to happen too often ahead of time, preventing a good plot from pulling in and gripping a reader. Almost makes it tough to stick with. (8/10)

An excellent piece of writing, and a wonderful work of fiction. After I read this, I read every single other story of Book of Evils that I could find here. Keep them coming! Don't stop now! (10/10)
