It's better than your 1st story. At least he doesn't break in the 1st night. But I still find it too short. His first 2 nights of slavery are described and then there's a big jump described like "and this continued for a month". Then he tries to escape once and is caught (it seems by sheer luck). She punishes him and then he never tries anything ever again and is happy to be a slave. That's still too fast.
In most nc stories on this site the victim holds out, holds out, holds out and then breaks. I think someone would first try to hold out, then act as if broken and still try to escape.
