This is the art of the short story. Easy to read, stylish, and deliciously mean. Laced with gentle Yank vs. Brit humour. (9/10)

To all you psuedo authors out there who lack talent and originality; this is how it's done by a writer who has talent and vision. Parker is no longer writing which is a tragedy, but at least he has left some standards that have borne the test of time. (9/10)
