An excellently written piece, capturing the unthinking cruelties of youth, with the barbarity and eroticism intriguingly intertwined. I would have liked a touch more background; whys and wherefores are important to me. But as a snapshot of a place and a single event within it, this is without flaw. (9/10)

- Dear Dododecapod,
I would be remiss not to reply to a Review as generous as yours. Thank you. You did mention "background" and at the risk of self-aggrandizement I refer your to the BDSM Library archives under my nom de plume. There you should find plenty of "whys and wherefores". Regrads, Faibhar

Good to see an old Cruxer back at his trade, hope for something with more meat on its bones in the future (8/10)

- Dear Mad Lews,
Thank you for your "Welcome Back", and fine Review. Your suggestion for more meat is well taken, though it is hard to objectify individual characters solely on that merit, i.e., Beauty is more than skin deep. :) Regards, Faibhar

- Dear kemosabe,
"Back" is a relative term, just as "Hi-O Silver and Away!", but thank you, nonetheless, for your generous Review and welcome back. Regards, Faibhar

A clear telling of your favorite story line, with some new glimpses at ideas to be developed, perhaps, in another story down the road. I was hoping the kids would get in trouble, but that's just me. *grin* Hoping that soon you can find the time and inspiration to return to your longer, multi-chaptered stories. This is a story for Faibhar lovers; new readers might not appreciate it. (8/10)

- Dear chksng19,
All *grins* aside, thank you for your perceptive Review. FYI another tale is in the works, though this one quite a departure from previous stories. We shall see... Regards, Faibhar

Great to see you writing again. The story is short, but the imagery is compelling. And of course the genre [gorgeous warrior women in the hands of a pitiless enemy] is a personal fave. I am rating it against you other stories, which have inpired me to post. (7/10)
